Making Towels

So I finally decided to try and make little kid bath towels and this is how they turned out, not to bad for a first try.

Our Fun Sunday Night

So last night was our first trip to an ER waiting room. Emma had a fever that was between 103-104 for over 6 hours and we could not get it down with anything, so after she woke up at 9pm with a fever still at 103.9 we decided to take her to the ER. Thank you Carrie for staying with Ashley! Come to find out Emma has Croup and a middle ear infection. The poor girl barely has a voice and if she even walks fast has a coughing attack. But now she is on medication for both so hopefully we will have are rambunctious little one back to normal soon.

Watermelon & Swimming

Yesterday I went to Costco and bought two watermelons and they were on the kitchen floor until I cleared off the counter. Well Ashley thought they were the best toys...

Later we went swimming at my friend Carrie's house and apparently it completely wiped Ashley out because she fell asleep in the middle of the living room...She didn't even move from where she took her shoes off.

Happy Easter!

We started the morning with an Easter egg hunt, which was so much more successful than previous years, they actually had the attention span to find all of the eggs. Then we went to church early to get ready for the choir program. Then we came home and made Bacon Green Beans to take to our friends the Pate's house for a delicious dinner. We had a wonderful Easter Day with our family and friends.
